These Terms govern access to and use of Amazon AI Agent Seller ("the Service"). By using the Service, the user agrees to these Terms.
The Service provides automated assistance for Amazon selling workflows, including product research, sellability and listing-eligibility checks, pricing and fee analysis, supplier research, profitability analysis, monitoring, approvals, and related operational tasks.
Recommendations, estimates, forecasts, prices, fees, demand indicators, and profitability calculations may change or contain errors. The Service does not guarantee sales, profit, ranking, product approval, listing eligibility, supplier performance, or any specific commercial result.
Where the Service requires human approval, the user remains responsible for reviewing the proposed action before approving it. The Service is designed so that material purchasing or other commercial actions can be subject to approval controls.
The user is responsible for maintaining authorized access to connected accounts, verifying important commercial decisions, complying with Amazon policies and applicable laws, and ensuring that information supplied to the Service is accurate and lawful.
The Service may rely on Meta/WhatsApp, Amazon Selling Partner APIs, cloud and automation services, and artificial-intelligence providers. Availability and functionality may depend on those third-party services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis and without warranties of uninterrupted operation or error-free results.
Access may be suspended when needed for security, maintenance, misuse prevention, platform-policy compliance, or legal requirements. Features and these Terms may be updated from time to time.
