A user may request deletion of personal data associated with use of Amazon AI Agent Seller.
Send the message DELETE MY DATA from the same WhatsApp account used to interact with the Service. The request should be sent through the same WhatsApp conversation used with Amazon AI Agent Seller so the account can be matched to the deletion request.
After identity and account matching are reasonably verified, data associated with the requesting user will be deleted or anonymized where technically and legally appropriate. Some records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or legitimate audit obligations.
The request may cover WhatsApp interaction records, command history, approval history, technical identifiers, and other personal information linked to the user's use of the Service. Data controlled independently by Meta, WhatsApp, Amazon, or other third parties must be managed through those providers' own privacy and deletion processes.
Deletion requests will be handled within a reasonable period after the request is verified.
