This Privacy Policy explains how Amazon AI Agent Seller ("the Service") processes information when users interact with the Service, including through WhatsApp.
Depending on how the Service is used, we may process WhatsApp phone number and profile information made available by Meta, message content sent to the Service, command and approval history, product and supplier research information, Amazon seller data accessed through authorized Amazon Selling Partner API connections, and technical logs needed to operate and secure the Service.
We use information only to provide, operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Service; to process user commands; to perform product, listing, pricing, supplier, profitability, and sellability analysis; to request or record human approvals; and to return notifications and results to the user.
